It began by the sea, 5,000 years ago.
From a Phoenician city-state that gave the world its first alphabet, to Nunu's kitchen in the mountain village of Baalchmay, every dish at BÁYRŪT carries a story passed down through generations.

The olives are picked from our farm in Lebanon, and the sauces are made in our kitchens in Lebanon, then brought to your table in Griffintown.
